Our neighborhood lies at the end of North Bay Shore Drive, through the community of Broadkill Beach to our gated reserve. We are surrounded by protected lands, including Beach Plum Island Nature Preserve to the south and Prime Hook Refuge to the west — making Back Cove Bay a truly one-of-a-kind coastal retreat.
Despite our privacy, we’re conveniently located only 20 minutes from Rehoboth Beach and other popular destinations — giving residents the best of both worlds.
